"Undersea News" is a captivating 2D short film released in the Spring of 2021, a project that pushed the boundaries of creativity during an unprecedented time. As a Visual Development Artist, Storyboard Artist, Rigging Artist, Scene Builder, and Animator, I played a hands-on role in bringing the underwater world to life. Despite facing challenges—including three out of seven team members dropping out due to the COVID-19 pandemic—it was a journey of resilience and teamwork. While I’ll be the first to admit that my animations might not be perfect, I’m incredibly proud of the dedication and determination that carried us through, resulting in a finished film that we can all be proud of.
